Refund policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of the items being received.

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition. Item(s) must NOT be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will NOT be accepted.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

When sending a return, we recommend you use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until your refund has been received. 

Once returns are received, we will check they are in the same condition as when they were sent out. When approved, we will issue a refund on the original payment method. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
